Filhart Beef

Greg Filhart recognized the need for a healthy supreme quality beef that he was raised on living on the family farm in Central Michigan. The Filhart cattle are Black Angus and Simmental Angus Cross and are raised on three family farms, each managed and separately owned by Greg’s brothers, Brian, Andy and Eddie. The Filhart boys born and raised in Central Michigan have been farming all their lives. The Filhart cattle lack hormones, roam free to forage on succulent grass fields and feed on hay rich in alfalfa, and are corn finished. The hay and corn have been grown and harvested on the site at the family farm that result in flavorful tender beef, that is supreme.
