We offer an array of products to meet all of your specialty and holiday needs – fantastic prime ribs, top quality turkeys, tender legs and racks of lamb, smoked hams, and whole pigs for roasting. We also offer custom wild game and livestock processing. All of the meat products at Bud’s Custom Meats are prepared and smoked on the premises. As a fourth-generation butcher, Matt Gamba is passionate about carrying on the traditions established by his father, grandfather and great-grandfather. His smoked slabs of bacon, ham, pork chops and fish are still served up on butcher paper just like in times past.
