Variety of meats available from Lobster, Boudain, Sausages, Steaks, Summer Sausages, Breakfast sausages, tuna, mahi mahi, catfish, fresh side, Butt Roasts, Briskets, the list goes on and on. If its meat, we probably carry it. We also carry exotic meats such as quail, bison, elk, alligator. Etc. Appointments required for custom butchering. We also take cash, cards and EBT payment.
