We are a custom meat shop that offers a variety of old world hand made artisan sausages out of chicken, pork and beef. Hunters Gold has processed wild game meat for the past 20 years. We no longer process wild game meat and we do not sell wild game meat. We now offer our chicken, pork and beef specialty meat items to the public with our state inspected facility. Adrian VanZyl is a Master Butcher and Master Sausage maker with over 35 years of experience in the meat artisan and meat industry. He has both experience from his home country South Africa and United States of America serving as Meat specialist, Meat market manager and Assistant Store Manager for several grocery chains.
