Brickyard is a Meat Market and Slaughterhouse. Come in and shop or make an appointment to have your beef or hog slaughtered. If you need a special steak cut we are glad to help you out. You may call and preorder or just come in and ask for what you need. We have a large selection of house made sausages. We make on site burgers, bacon, hams, sausages, jerky, hot dogs, bologna, and smoked butts or ribs.
